I am amazed at how many buildings were adorned by amazing steet art in Montréal! To use the word graffiti doesn't begin to do justice to the works executed on brick, wood, concrete and stucco facades in a nearly every neighborhood. I've learned since, that the city of Montréal actually pays former graffiti taggers to create these gems!I'm sure I've only scratched the surface. I, whole-heartedly recommend that you go to Montréal to appreciate this novel approach to remove an urban blight.
